QA Engineer

Job Description:
Bhavisoft is seeking a results-driven Software Tester / QA Engineer to help ensure our digital solutions meet world-class standards for reliability, scalability, and user experience. You will be part of a high-performing team responsible for maintaining product excellence across enterprise-level applications used by global clients.

Job Detail:
In this role, you’ll develop comprehensive test plans, execute manual and automated testing, and manage quality throughout the software lifecycle. You’ll identify and track defects, collaborate with development teams to validate fixes, and help maintain continuous integration pipelines. Using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and JMeter, you’ll ensure applications are optimized for performance and security. You’ll also contribute to the automation framework, helping Bhavisoft advance its continuous testing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of QA experience, preferably in enterprise-grade software projects.
• Expertise in manual testing, automation frameworks, and API validation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, test case design, and defect tracking systems like JIRA.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test scenarios and regression suites. Perform functional, integration, and performance testing. Identify root causes of issues, verify resolutions, and ensure compliance with release standards. Work closely with developers to streamline quality processes, build automation coverage, and promote a culture of excellence. Deliver clear, actionable QA reports and ensure each product release meets Bhavisoft’s performance benchmarks.
